Why Don’t Russian Men Marry Russian Women?

Why Don’t Russian Men Marry Russian Women?

Astonishing, isn’t it. There are thousands of beautiful Russian Women on the Internet. And all of them seemingly abandoned, left on the shelf.

The explanation is largely cultural. Most of us are attracted to Russian Women by their sexy, foreign accent. But if you already speak Russian, as most Russian Men do, the girls don’t sound at all foreign or sexy.

Another limiting factor is that the kind of women Russian Men date are usually already married to someone else.

Also, we must consider Russian demographics. There are far more men in Russia than women. I know this statistic is usually presented the other way around, but it is erroneous.

You will notice that in any sporting contests, - like the Olympic shot-put or weight-lifting - the Russian Women’s team regularly fails sex tests. It is also quite obvious to any casual traveller in Russia that all the women you see mending roads and driving trains are in fact men.

It is a complex subject and I will return to it later.

“Many think it’s a mad city with all that water, fogs, and even the white nights - typical place to get mad and commit a suicide. But it’s also very a very inspiring place, many great Russian writers, poets, dancers started to work here. Even nowadays people in St.Petersburg are considered to be a bit more intelligent, smart and polite comparing to Moscovitans.”
taken from the site http://waytorussia.net/ that was created by a foreigner

Masha said the same things :)

Oh, yeah! liars and hypocrites are all around you :))

if you are so clever why you are so poor?

  • captinclipper

Respect and hopey))) do you think putin will get back the top job?cant see him losing.Respect your still here i thought you said you were going to leave this forum?

  • HopeyChangey

Captinclipper, unfortunately with false patriots like that it will be hard to change anything. And fraud and deceit. We are screwed! Saint Petersburg is a city of nice 18-19th century architecture someplace somewhere but that’s about it. People are soft spoken and nice at first but when you dig deeper it’s a snakepit. That’s where mr Putin is from and his s.petersburgian gang occupied parliament and Kremilin -enough said. The city if gangster wars and drug trade where you can be shot in the street in crossfire. We even had Rissian series here called Banditskiy Peterburg” in early 2000s. The city where in winter there are drenching northern winds and humidity makes it feel like the small pieces of ice go up your skin pores- terribly cold 6 months of year. The city where they rip off roof from the buildings and then people have terrible cold and leaks in their homes. The city where there’s been huge scandal cause they don’t clean ice from the buildings and then it drops on people and it killed many children. Roads are crappy -not a good place to live if you ask me.

If you ask me I prefer Aussie people because they are laid back and genuine! But to each their own.

As if Masha is authority of truth and knowledge. She couldn’t even tellwhat gas is about even though her dad is owning gas company branch and it paid about every major bill inher life. Masha, I dont care what you do in your life but when you post your judgement about women who want tobe with foreigners and live somewhere else saying you got your greencard in the us via college studies residency. But it was your dad whopaid for it, not you, so ultimately it’s the same premise that a man pays your way in life just like women who aquire greencard through marriage with a man. So you are no better. And in both cases male sperm involved unless you were born through immaculate conception? You say you workedin ShopRite packing pals goods - boo hoo so like everybody else, it’s not like we, Russians are simply painting our nails. That and you have an American bf. Not Russian. Somehow

  • Masha

Hopey, I really appreciate the fact that you copied and posted a Wikipedia’s definition of gas since I certainly have no clue of how to do it. I also learned from you that natural gas is pretty much the same as oil. I’m sure I’ll get an A+ if I tell it to a chemistry teacher. So thank you very much for this valid asset of scintific information.
Yes, I had to bag groceries to help paying my family’s bills and like I said my life wasn’t easy. I couldn’t go to school right away cause we didn’t have the money. Now I make more $ bartending than some 40 yo men do working in construction.
BTW I never said I liked Russian men better than American. I personally can agree on certain things you say about Russian guys and in general but the way you act doesn’t really give me any desire to be associated with someone like you.

  • Masha

If you think that Moscow is better, than good for you. I don’t like it and never will. No matter what you gonna say. It’s a personal choice as well as a pointless argument. Kinda the same like if you say you like pelmeni better than borsh. It doesn’t mean everybody else should.

  • HopeyChangey

I never said that Moscow was better! I don’t like living here. That’s the whole point! I don’t care if you want to be my friend or not, if you agree to what I say or not, just why judging and pretending your shit doesnt stink and denying other Russian women to have better life and better man - that you have is beyond me!

  • Masha

It’s good that it’s ok for you to judge, assume, insult and call people names. But I’m sorry, no-one else is allowed to say something back and express how they feel. Think about it! peace!

  • RespectYourself

    I am here again…My curiosity :)))

Hopey, I never told that i am against you or any Russian women to merry foreign men.
Don’t misrepresent facts and read my posts again if you didn’t catch the point.

I said that everyone can decide where to live and with whom to live. I mentioned that there are loads of problems in intercultural marriages, if you are ready to overcome them - welcome.

I never said that Russian guys are the best. I just said that i’ve made my choice and i prefer to live in Russia and with a Russian guy. That the life in Russia it’s not so bad as it was in 90’s That’s it.
After that you started insulting me for my honest thoughts.

You are not a child, you should understand that there is the opinion that can be opposite to yours.

    Peace!

The objective opinion of a foreigner:

“Some people ask why so many Russian girls are looking to meet a man from the West. First of all, it’s not true any longer. Ten years ago when the economic conditions were really bad, some women saw it as a way out of poverty and daily struggle. But nowadays life is better and people want to stay in their own country.”

    from the site http://waytorussia.net

    That’s it. Good night!

“Sometimes we hear and see so many striking, odd and new things about Russia on TV or in newspapers or from the people we meet, that I think I’m missing something! Really, it turns out I live at such a dangerous place, which is ruled by authoritarian regime, flooded with mafiosi, catastrophes, bombings happening all the time, with deadly cold winters, demolished economy, depressed people… I’m really surprised I’m still alive and living here. The point is that all those things about Russia are either not true or very much exaggerated.”

    http://www.waytorussia.net/WhatIsRussia/MythsAndTruth.html

  • RespectYourself

“Myth: The economy is destroyed and not at all diversified, Russia has no future!
Truth: The funny thing is that two years ago we’d just say it’s not true: look how fast the GDP is growing, look at the millions of people who managed to climb from the poverty in the last few years…. Well, noways things are quite different. After the financial crisis hit the country it became very obvious that you can’t build a solid economy on natural resources, like oil and gas. On one side it made things quite unstable again. On the other side, many people finally got a kick in their ass and started to do something about innovation rather than thinking about it. The bottom line is that Russia still has a huge human resource potential. Even though the education is hopelessly outdated, the economy is hopelessly dependent on the outside markets and not at all diversified… We still have small grass-root initiatives here and there that keep Russia on the international map (for example, tandp.ru below). If the society (and through it – the government) realizes that it should nurture these attempts and give resources to talented and passionate people instead of bureaucrats, we’ll see a very fast rise and diversification of the economy.

Anyway, there’s still a huge progress from empty shelves and overall poverty in the end of 80s and the average country-wide wage of $500 US these days ($1000 US in Moscow). In just 20 years millions of Russians climbed out of poverty and are able to lead normal lives and think about their future and their children having a comfortable life. So, things are getting better, just not as fast as they could have.”

  • HopeyChangey

It makes my blood boil what some people say using so called literature language pretending to be so cultural. For example Respect Yourself said said that US people couldn’t even locate Russia on the map. What does it imply? that Americans are so retarded and her education is superior. Russia is the biggest country inthe world, pretty tough to not locate it on the map. Then I dont imagine for a minute that she is a geography teacher standing there with a pointer and invited to teach in the US school. It’s just an arrogant, false bs statement that spreads lies and defamatory. I donno, hasn’t your US boyfriend (s) ever done anything good for you and imacted your life in some positive way that you would be able to stand up and confront this bs claim.

  • HopeyChangey

Again lies and lies. To cover up more lies. Some bs article some foreigner wrote while carzed on beauty of Russian women.

  • RespectYourself

“For example Respect Yourself said that US people couldn’t even locate Russia on the map.”

It is based on my personal experience when i travelled in the States or when i had business meetings with Americans in Europe.
The question is usually sounds like this- where is Moscow or St Petersburg on the world map? What is the main industry of St Petersburg or Moscow?

  • HopeyChangey

Yeah right, sure! Liar liar pants on fire

  • HopeyChangey

You just carry world maps on business meetings with you , just in case…

  • RespectYourself

Liars and deceivers are around you. You are paranoic. LOL!
And your mind is a total mess!

  • HopeyChangey

Yes liars are all around me. Main industry anywhere in Russia? Corruption! Damn those yanks how couldn’t they have guessed. Ripping people off with their taxes and other means packing their pockets, then offshoring bank accounts, conducting bs government tenders that “their” people win, stealing pension funds etc etc. Now that was easy.

  • HopeyChangey

Respect Yourself: what is that story that was raised about VIP parties at military cruiser Aurora over there? Wasn’t it supposed to be a museum and national attraction #2 in st Petersburg . Shame on the slime from oligarchs and scums of st Petersburg government that was drinking and partying there jumping from the board naked asssed, that’s what they did to our pride and historical memory or this story, proved by YouTube videos - has never actually taken place

  • captinclipper

Hopey i hav Been to moscow twice and volgograd twice nice to vist but i would not want to live there or bring up kids there.I hav never been to st petersburger from how you described it it sounds fucked. The thing i hate is the stupid fucken visa system its a pain in the arse!Mr putin and friends need to make russia more tourist friendly, this would help the people of russia tourist go there and spend money$$$ this can only help the people. And the piss weak australian government needs to make it easy for russian women to come to australia its a pain for them to get visa to.The leaders and immagration wankers haha of both countries should sit hav a few drinks(vodka and beers wahah and have it so there is no visa needed and that many russian women can come to australia to work and go to uni and vice versa. But this will never happen still its good to dream have a great day.Daniel hows it all going with wifey??fuck man there are so many great russian women out there.Stay away from the ukrain women like hopey says there not russian.ONCE YOU HAV HAD RUSSIAN YOU NEVER GO BACK. WAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Masha

“For example Respect Yourself said that US people couldn’t even locate Russia on the map.” From my experience living in the USA I can tell that most people know where Russia is. Couple of times Americans suggested that the biggest country in the world was Canada (cause it’s bigger than the US), but they were bimbos from my previous waitressing jobs so I don’t really take them into the equation. Therefore, I assume there are some uneducated Americans that wouldn’t be aware of the location and size of Russia ( you can include rednecks as well). However I highly doubt that participants of a business meeting would be oblivious to this simple facts. To say the least, there is villages in Russia where not a lot of people know where the USA or even Moscow is. Believe it or not, in our modern world we still have people who cannot read (both: The US and Russia). Go figure!

  • Masha

“this simple facts” sorry, I type too fast, I meant “these simple facts” or “this simple fact”

Factcheck: average pension in Russia is $300 a month. People pay for gas and electricity then around 120-200. Then I guess they live on what remains the rest of the month. I dread my future here. Prices are ungodly high. Working person is Paying around 50% tax. that is half of the year i work for free just to support burocrats at the government. Pensioners are digging in trash containers when they can. I see it almost everyday. Putin wears Philppe Patek watch 200,000 USD . Captinclipper, Australia maybe interested inRussian women but they made inter government agreements with our gvmnt to hinder the process. I think it’s just like human farm game to them and they are interested in the flock to remain where it is cause they need slaves to pay them direct and indirect taxes. China is growing and they would need to feed unto something so our vast land would be great for future growing of crops and our dead bodies would make great fertilizers.

  • HopeyChangey

Oksana it’s strange that you still address to me I wasn’t talking to you for 3 days. You are boring and always say the same shit

  • Electra

Normal people like me would normally avoid you. So, I am scared even to think who your boyfriend is in America.
